Here's what you can do now.
Last Updated: April 21, 2017.
- Get the facts: There's a lot of misinformation out there. We can help, starting with the full community assessment for details on why Bighorn-Desert View Water Agency (BDVWA) is far and away the preferred choice for water provider, and on what needs to be done to make sure that BDVWA remains that way. That community assessment will go a long ways towards allowing you to separate fact from fiction.
- Residents of all of the communities in the BDVWA service area need to continue to show support for BDVWA, as it faces ever increasing threats from predatory government agencies such as the U.S. Bureau of Land Management. One way is to attend BDVWA board meetings. BDVWA regular monthly board meetings are always the 4th Tuesday of the month at 6:00 P.M. at the BDVWA Boardroom located at 1720 N. Cherokee Trail in Landers. Be sure to tell all of your friends and neighbors about these meetings.
